the Ski Trip

On the holidays, I went to the ski trip in the Killington for 3 days.
It was the first and last time that I went to the trip of Keio.
I began to ski when I was six years old, but I didn’t go skiing for these 6 years.
So I was looking forward to the trip and also little worried about it.

The students who went to the trip left the Keio at Friday 4:00p.m. so we had to prepare the bags before the day.
The bus drove for five or six hours that was too long time for me….
The teacher showed us the movie which was “Armageddon” and it was so nice movie!
In the movie, the father and his daughter’s boyfriend (and their friends) went to the space to save the Earth from meteors.
However some of their friends were dead by the accidents and one of them had to leave the space to break the meteor with him.
The boyfriend was chosen the role but the father decided to leave there in place of the boyfriend for his daughter and her boyfriend.
The scene of last talking of the father and daughter was so sad….
It was kind of sad movie but it was one of the best movies that I have seen.
I was crying during watching the movie. (I hadn’t done it for a long time.)

After we got the hotel, we had some pizzas and watched the horror movie that it called “the Prom night”.
The pizzas were good but the movie wasn’t so scared.
We went to the bed early because we had to wake up early for skiing.

The next day, Miho, Hanako, Miss. Mikami and I skied the green course which was the easy course for beginners in the morning.

In the afternoon, I was skiing with Miho, Emily, Yurie, Risa, Kuniko, Azusa and Mr. Kudoin the blue course which was the middle level.
Yurie and Emily wore the costumes of “Pikachu” so they were very popular for other skiers and snowboarders, especially for kids.
Moreover Emily is the snowboarder so she looked like “the surfing Pikachu” when she was skating.

At the night, My roommates ( Risa, Hanako and Miho) and I had the Oden.
We also got the Yakisoba and Okonomiyaki that made by other 12th grade girls.
They were so nice and we watched other horror movie that named “the Shutter” with Miss. Mikami.
It was too scared for me so I couldn’t move until end of the movie.

I thought I couldn’t sleep at that time but I went to bed earlier than my roommates.

Sounds like you had a nice time. For a skiing trip, though, you sure watched a lot of movies.
